1. This Certificate entitles its bearer to place an order (purchase tickets) with a discount equal to the face value of the certificate, from the assortment and at the prices valid on the concert.ua website at the time of ticket purchase.
2. The validity period of the Certificate is limited and is 12 months from the date of issue.
3. You can use the certificate and purchase discounted tickets on the concert.ua website or at the Concert.ua box office.
4. The certificate can be used only once. When purchasing, the value of the certificate is written off in full. If the total amount of the ticket order is less than the value of the certificate, the difference between the values is not refundable.
5. If the total order amount exceeds the face value of the Certificate, the difference between the order amount and the face value of the Certificate is paid by any of the available methods on the concert.ua website or in cash upon purchase at the Concert.ua box office.
6. To use the Certificate on the concert.ua website, you must enter its number in the DISCOUNT CODE field on the page of any of the events available for sale, and then place and pay for the order using any of the available methods, including "payment to the courier" upon delivery.
7. To use the certificate at the Concert.ua box office, you must provide the Certificate number to the sales consultant and purchase tickets for any of the events available for sale.
8. In case of loss, the Certificate is not subject to renewal.
