1,000,000 UAH FROM СONCERT.UA IN CERTIFICATES FOR RETURN TO SPECTATORS
At the time of the full-scale invasion, the range of events on Concert.ua was about 2,000 events, for which hundreds of thousands of people were waiting with tickets.The war changed everything...
From the first days, we received messages and comments on social media with requests for refunds, felt how people needed these funds right now and the pain of not being able to receive them.
We understand that this is an extremely unpleasant experience, but we want to make it less painful.
We processed more than 111,000 requests from viewers, communicated with the organizers, looked for ways to obtain funds from the organizers, involved lawyers, and continue to do so.
For events that did not take place, we have already returned more than 109 million hryvnias from the organizers to the audience.
This amount will increase. Today we continue to work out solutions with the organizers of the return. Some are already returning, and we are waiting for funding from others to start or continue the return process.At the legislative level, the event organizer is responsible for refunding funds.
As soon as we have the opportunity to issue a refund (there is a request from the organizer and the funds have been transferred to us from him), we open the reception of refund requests in our personal account on Concert.ua, which we notify customers about. And then we automatically process requests and issue refunds.

But there are also those organizers who have not yet provided us with information about the status of the event (cancelled or postponed), have not authorized the process of refunding money to spectators and, accordingly, have not provided us with the funds for this, which we have already transferred to the organizer for the tickets sold. The reasons are as follows: lack of funds or they are taking advantage of the fact that the war is a force majeure circumstance and allows the organizers to postpone the fulfillment of their obligations.
Understanding the expectations of the audience and, above all, taking care of their interests, we offer to exchange your ticket for a Concert.ua certificate.
On May 25 at 2:00 PM, we are launching a program to issue Concert.ua Certificates worth 70% of the face value of tickets to those customers who have tickets for what we consider to be "hopeless events"
We will issue such Certificates for 1,000,000 hryvnias from our own budget. These Certificates can be applied to any order on the site from June 1, 2023 to August 31, 2023. These Certificates will be issued until the budget is exhausted in the order in which requests for their receipt are received. Who can obtain the Certificate?

If you have tickets for any of the above events, go to your personal account using the link after 2:00 PM on May 25. In your account you will need to:- In the ""My Tickets"" section, select the order you want to cancel;
- In the upper right corner, click on the three dots and select "Request ticket refund."
On the cessation of issuing certificates
Thank you for your activity!In a few days, more than 1,000,000 UAH of applications were received. Therefore, applications for a Certificate from Concert.ua for events for which the organizers do not issue refunds (although they are supposed to do so) have been suspended.
By June 9th , all applicants will receive a notification by email about the change in the status of their application.
Unfortunately, not all applications will be confirmed, since the amount to be refunded for them was more than the UAH 1,000,000 allocated by us. We really hope that the organizers will recover and refund the funds to clients in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
