DakhaBrakha with a concert in your city
DakhaBrakha is a unique phenomenon of modern Ukrainian music, a band that has formed its own style of ethnochaos and has become a cultural symbol of the country on the world stage. The project was founded in 2004 - during a period of creative transformations, when the director of the Dakh Theater Vladyslav Troitsky gathered a group of young musicians and folklore researchers who were able to experience tradition in a new way and breathe modern energy into it. Today, the group actively tours the world, representing Ukrainian culture at prestigious festivals - including Glastonbury, Sziget, GlobalFEST, WOMAD, Fusion and many others. In 2020, the band was awarded the Shevchenko Prize.
New and iconic compositions in one evening
The concert program includes new tracks from the album "Ptakh", as well as well-known compositions that have already become the band's calling card and have been heard in different parts of the world.
Since 2022, all DakhaBrakha performances in Ukraine have a charitable purpose and the tour concerts will also become part of this mission. All funds raised will be donated to support the Ukrainian Defense Forces. See you at an evening where music unites and takes on a special meaning!
