DK Energetyk is a Ukrainian musical group from Brovary, which has declared itself on the domestic music scene as one of the most prominent representatives of modern post-punk. From the very first releases, the DK Energetyk group began to destroy stereotypes about the genre, proving that a gloomy mood and a “cold” bass can sound technically, relevantly and even innovatively. The group was formed in early 2022 – at a time when the Ukrainian scene was undergoing a deep transformation. The clip for the track "Energetik", shot in collaboration with DTEK in the Chernobyl zone, became the first video created there after the full-scale invasion. The music also became part of the recruitment campaign of the Third Assault and the cultural project "Epokha". Thus, the DK Energetik group went beyond the club scene and became part of a broader cultural dialogue.
And the part in the National Selection-2025 with the song "Salt" opened the band to a new television audience that appreciates high-quality Ukrainian pop-rock with deep meaning.

This track, created in just three evenings, taught the main thing: life must be lived consciously, because it is only one. The debut turned out to be apt, and the group DK Energetik quickly consolidated its success with two albums in 2023 - "Youth" and "Path". These albums convincingly proved that post-punk is not an outdated genre, but a living form of expression.
In September 2024, the album "Tomorrow" was released, where the band members reflected on the theme of the future and personal responsibility for change. And in October 2025, DK Energetik presented the album "Squares" - a work that deviates from canonical post-punk towards a more rock sound with elements of synthpop, synthesizers and even an acoustic guitar. This album became a kind of slice of life in panel districts - stories about four walls, everyday life, sadness and bright hope.
Thus, the band's discography demonstrates a gradual evolution - from raw post-punk to a wider genre spectrum, without losing the signs of the characteristic handwriting of DK Energetik.
